Real Estate Boom is a free, lightweight browser-based economic strategy game. You compete against two AI opponents over 45 turns to buy lands, build properties, and finish wealthiest across three cities: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Phoenix.
Is Real Estate Boom free to play?
Yes. Real Estate Boom is completely free. There are no ads, no paywalls, no microtransactions, and no premium tiers.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The game runs entirely in your browser. You can optionally install it as a Progressive Web App by adding it to your home screen for offline play, but no app-store download is required.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts, sign-ups, or email requirements. Open the site and play immediately.
How long does one game take?
A full game is 45 turns with a 30-second timer per turn. A complete match typically takes between 10 and 20 minutes.
How many players are there?
Three players total: you plus two AI opponents. Real Estate Boom is a single-player game against bots.
How do you win Real Estate Boom?
Two ways: buy out an entire city (own every land in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, or Phoenix), or finish the 45-turn timeline with the highest total assets (cash plus land value).
What platforms does it work on?
Any modern browser on any device — iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, Chromebook. Built mobile-first but adapts to tablet and desktop.
Can I play offline?
Yes. As a Progressive Web App, after your first visit you can install it to your home screen and play without an internet connection.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. No chat, no social features, no user-generated content, no purchases, no violence. Suitable for all ages.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. Zero advertising. Zero in-app purchases. The entire game is free.
What buildings can I construct?
Neighborhood, Metropolis, Mall, Hospital, Tax Office, Train Station, and Main Station. Each has different costs and rent yields.
Does it save my game progress?
Games are designed to be completed in one sitting. Each session is short (roughly 10–20 minutes), so persistent save states across sessions are not needed.
